Sade Teel is the founder and principal strategist behind Laces Up Media, a dynamic brand consulting firm specializing in public relations and branding. Laces Up Media is committed to transforming brands into market leaders.

DESIGN SPECIALIST

Keylla Barrera has been with Laces Up Media since June 2024. She works on all design-related projects for client brands including graphics, website design, branding strategy and campaign lookbooks. Having worked with clients such as AdventHealth and across many industries. She hopes to further develop her skills at UCF while pursuing her degree in Graphic Design.

MARKETING SPECIALIST

Daniela Ardila is pursuing a degree in Integrated Business with a minor in International Business and Marketing. This summer, Daniela completed an internship with RTW Photography, gaining hands-on experience in client relations, creative marketing and event coordination. Daniela has studied abroad in Vienna to develop a global business perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.

VISUAL LEAD

Leon E. Orange Jr. is a digital storyteller and content strategist, blending creativity and strategy to help brands tell their stories. A U.S. Army veteran with more than 20 years of service and a degree in Digital Media Communications from Full Sail University, he leads content creation at the Orlando Economic Partnership and runs OrangeIsMedia, producing photography, videography and social media content that engages audiences and drives results.

PUBLIC RELATIONS CONSULTANT

Destiny is a global communications and public relations professional with experience spanning media relations, strategic communications, social media and marketing. She has managed campaigns across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, bringing a global perspective to every project. With a background in broadcast and new media journalism from Florida A&M University and Full Sail University, Destiny brings a strong foundation in storytelling.

CONTENT SPECIALIST

Marquis Lee is an award-winning spoken word artist, arts educator and typewriter poet with a passion for creativity. He has produced over 4,000 custom poems for Central Florida residents, community leaders and city officials, blending creativity with a nostalgic touch through his vintage typewriter. Beyond the stage and workshops, Marquis uses his talent for digital storytelling to amplify our brand’s voice, engaging audiences with artistry that leaves a lasting impression.

STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS INTERN

Chance Williams is a communications and marketing professional with a strong foundation in public relations, digital media and consumer engagement. A graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Strategic Communications, he brings hands-on experience from roles in sports, entertainment and brand-driven environments, including his time in the Disney College Program and with the College Football Hall of Fame.
